Customer Notice: Merger by incorporation of PWP S.r.l. into Eurocar Tech S.p.A.

We hereby inform you that, effective September 1, 2026, the merger by incorporation of PWP S.r.l. into Eurocar Tech S.p.A. will become effective.

This transaction represents a corporate step that will ensure the full continuity of all ongoing activities and relationships. Eurocar Tech S.p.A. will in fact assume all the rights and obligations of the merged company, ensuring the continuation of contractual relationships and the continuity of the services offered to customers.

The official notice also contains information relating to the corporate details of the acquiring company and aspects concerning the processing of personal data, in compliance with the applicable regulations.
