The Harmonised notice on the legal guarantee of conformity is published in accordance with Article 65-ter of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), introduced by Legislative Decree No. 30 of 20 February 2026.
Among other things, the notice provides information on the legal guarantee applicable to the purchase of new vehicles, the duration of the legal guarantee and the related consumer rights.
With regard to used vehicles, please note that the duration of the legal guarantee may be reduced and may be limited to one year, as specified in the applicable contractual terms.
