New Audi A3 2026: evolved design, more technology and new e-hybrid powertrains

Nuova Audi A3 2026

Audi refreshes one of its most appreciated cars by introducing the new Audi A3 MY2026 range, available in Sportback, Sedan and allstreet variants.

The restyling brings with it a significant evolution of the range, with new trims, even more comprehensive technological equipment and a renewed e-hybrid offering, designed for those who want to combine efficiency, driving pleasure and electrified mobility.

With Model Year 2026, Audi A3 thoroughly refreshes its cabin, aligning with the new design language already introduced on models such as Audi Q3 and Audi Q4 e-tron.

The result is an environment that is even more modern, technological and engaging, designed to offer an increasingly intuitive driving experience.

The star of the cabin is the new Digital Stage, made up of the curved panoramic display integrating the 11.9" Audi Virtual Cockpit plus and the 12.8" MMI touch display, creating a seamless and easily accessible digital interface.

Also available on request is the augmented reality Head-up Display, which projects the main driving information and assistance systems onto the windshield, improving comfort and safety.

The infotainment system also adopts Audi's new graphical interface, with larger icons, simplified navigation and an even more immediate user experience.

The physical rotary controls on the steering wheel also return, designed to ensure greater ergonomics and precision while driving, while the new Phone Box with 25 W wireless charging, equipped with an integrated cooling system, allows you to charge your smartphone quickly and efficiently.

Audi A3 allstreet: driving technology, comfort and dynamics on every route

The new Audi A3 2026 range confirms the brand's focus on innovation, with solutions designed to improve comfort and driving pleasure in every situation.

In particular, Audi A3 allstreet stands out for its specific setup that makes it even more versatile, both in everyday use and on low-grip routes.

The allstreet version features 15 mm raised suspension and overall ground clearance increased by 30 mm. A configuration that makes access easier, improves visibility while driving and offers a greater sense of control over the road.

To ensure the perfect balance between comfort and dynamics, Audi has developed a dedicated damper tuning, while adaptive suspension paired with the Audi drive select system is available across the range. Thanks to electronic adjustment based on road surface conditions, driving style and the selected mode, the car can adapt its behavior to always offer the best balance of precision, stability and driving pleasure.

New ADAS systems: more safety, driving assistance and intelligent parking

The new Audi A3 2026 also evolves from a safety standpoint, introducing a new generation of ADAS systems designed to make every journey even easier, more comfortable and safer.

Among the main new features is Adaptive Cruise Assist, which integrates adaptive cruise control with active lane keeping, helping the driver maintain distance from the vehicle ahead, the correct trajectory and positioning in the center of the lane. On the highway, the assisted lane change function is also available, supporting the maneuver after the turn signal is activated.

Two new parking functions also make their debut:

  • the Trained Parking system can memorize up to five maneuvers performed by the driver and repeat them automatically when needed
  • remote parking allows entry and exit maneuvers to be carried out from outside the vehicle as well, managing them directly via smartphone and monitoring the entire operation in complete safety.

Among the main new features of the new Audi A3 2026 is the e-hybrid powertrain, the second generation of Audi's plug-in hybrid system, available across the entire range from launch. The new e-hybrid designation, which replaces the previous TFSI e name, identifies a technology designed to offer greater electric range, reduced charging times and even higher performance.

Key features of the new Audi A3 e-hybrid

  • Over 140 km of electric range (WLTP), ideal for most daily journeys
  • DC fast charging up to 40 kW, going from 10% to 80% in less than 30 minutes at public charging stations.
  • AC charging up to 11 kW, perfect for home or workplace charging.
  • Second-generation powertrain, with a 1.5 TFSI evo2 engine paired with an 85 kW (116 hp) electric motor
  • Two power levels available: 204 hp or 272 hp, the latter exclusive to the Audi A3 Sportback e-hybrid.
